This thing is mainly done by small companies located in the market because they need capital from the public or from the market to run their business, so these companies bring IPO.
क्या होता है IPO ?
जब कभी कोई भी कंपनी अपने सामान्य शेयर या स्टॉक को पूँजी जमा करने के लिए सार्वजनिक जनता के लिए जारी करती है तो इसको हमे आईपीओ या सार्वजानिक प्रस्ताव बोल सकते है।
यह चीज मुख्य रूप से बाजार में स्थित छोटी कंपनियां करती है क्योकि उनको अपने व्यापर को चलने के लिए जनता से या बाजार से पूंजी की जरुरत पड़ती है इस लिए ये कम्पनियाँ आईपीओ लाती है।
